Our terms, in plain words

Last updated 16 October 2026. These terms apply when you book a Quick check, a Sprint or a Head-to-head from Nexodyne Proof.

1. What you buy

A sprint tests demand for one idea. It includes a landing page, an ad budget that we spend for you, and a report with our verdict. Each plan on this site lists what it includes. Your test plan, which we email within one working day of your booking, sets the details: the page, the ad channels, the pass mark and the dates.

2. Ideas we can test

We test ideas that the law and the ad platforms allow. If yours is one we cannot advertise, we tell you within one working day and refund you in full.

3. The page

We write and build the page and send it to you for approval, with one round of changes. The page says honestly what the product is and that it is coming. It never takes money for something that does not exist. If you choose pre-orders, they are refundable and the page says so.

4. The ads

The ad budget in your plan is spent only on your test, on the agreed channels and dates. We pay the ad platforms and show the spend in your report. If a platform holds back part of the budget, for example by rejecting an ad, we spend it on your test later or refund it.

5. The report

Within one working day after the ads end, you get the report: the numbers, what people did and said, and our verdict against the agreed pass mark. Sprint and Head-to-head include a results call.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include the ad budget. You pay in full when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

7. Timelines

Days count from your booking, on the basis that you approve the page within a day. If the approval comes later, the dates move by the same amount. If we are late for a reason that is ours, we tell you straight away and give you a new date.

8. Stopping and refunds

You can stop at any time by email. Until you approve the page, you get a full refund. After that, we refund the part of the ad budget not yet spent, and the work done is not refunded. You keep everything made up to that point.

9. Your idea and your data

Your idea stays yours. We use it only for your test, and we do not build, share or sell it. The page, the sign-up list and the data belong to you. People who sign up are contacted only as the page promised them.

10. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, pictures, names and logos you give us.

11. Our limits

A sprint measures interest under the conditions of the test. It cannot promise that a product will sell, or predict how much. Our responsibility for any claim about a sprint is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to applies to your sprint.
